2002. Wow. Beautiful and elegant. Only 10% abv according to the label but I’d guess higher. Petrol, honey, Corn Pops cereal, dill, mandarin oranges, golden raisin. This is amazing. — 4 months ago
Intense aromatics. Gasoline, rhubarb pie, and more baked red fruit. Savory! Nutty, oxidative but still some tartness. Structure deteriorating but still amazing and unique. 1970 vintage. — 9 months ago
2010–very complex and interesting. Flavors of seared lamb with rosemary. Slight oxidation but it’s nothing to get more interesting than it is right now. — a month ago
2000 vintage — 8 months ago
I can’t say I’ve ever had this varietal from Italy. It’s amazing. Complex with melon and stone fruits…cantaloupe…high acidity. Round mouthfeel. 2021 vintage. — 9 months ago
‘13 vintage is in the sweet spot right now. Luscious, ripe peach, kettle corn, copper. — a month ago
2002 vintage. Structure and acid intact. Fruit slipping and lots of charred barrel notes. — 8 months ago
18 vintage in 6/23…off dry, fuller bodied but wish it had the acid to bring it balance. — 10 months ago
