This is wonderful! Well balanced with wonderful big berries and a well rounded mouth feel. Creamy vanilla berries on the nose. Quite drinkable. Tasted against the Gen5 Ancestral Red, which was bigger and preferred, however, this Cupcake is exceptional and we thoroughly enjoyed it. — 7 years ago

Wow, this is a huge, spicy, smoky delicious red blend. Gen5 nailed it! Tremendous fruit, smoky peppery nose and wonderfully balanced with a touch of acid and tannins. Tasted it against the Cupcake Black Forest Decadent red, which is very good, but had the misfortune of being tasted with the Gen5. — 7 years ago

This is yummy! Jammy big fruit, vanilla berries--getting a mix of black berry and some cherries. Tasted against the Gen5 Ancestral Red, which was slightly better. The OZV had a touch more acid. But don't get me wrong, I would be extremely content to be served this anytime!!
