Années: 20% '11, 80% '12, Dosage: 4g/l, Decanted/Burgundy glass, took about 1.5hrs to shine, was tried beside the Savart, both such outstanding examples of true/pure RM's, there was the beautiful yogurt intensity that shone through with some air, much like the Savart, such great terroirs.

2015 base with 20% reserves. 35% PM, 35% PN, 30% Chardonnay. 9271 bottles produced. Very charming champagne with a soul!

Second time trying this cuvée and it was a just a great experience. It has great balance of fruit (apple, pear), elegant yet crisp acidity with some weight and texture on the palate. A great champagne for a weekend lunch with the family. Stood up through the whole meal.

Лежалые яблоки, пчелиный воск, черника с молоком, родниковая вода.
Достаточно полнотело, вязко и несколько помпезно (в начале), при этом комплексно, минерально, чисто и стройно. Хорошо раскидывается со временем. Пить из бургундского бокала.
