Wow! On initial opening there was a lot going on and I worried it was opened too soon, but after 2 hours it was singing! I’m not sure I’ve had a champagne that seems oily and rich while still having a biting acidity. It really walks that line well. Lemon oil, limes, cream, there’s a bit of tart cherry almost, some toast, I also get some flowers, maybe honeysuckle, long finish that lingers minutes. Outstanding.
