We thought this was Sangiovese from outside of a recognized DOC, but I guess it’s CS/CF blend. Lots of red fruit on nose: cherry & strawberry, herbs, pepper, quite dusty early on, really needed time to unwind. Earthy, brambly, kinda gnarly, this really evolved over the night. Med weight, dried herbs and red fruit on the mid-palate w/supple tannins leading to modest finish. Interesting, definitely showing some maturity, but unusual given the varietal composition. — 2 months ago

Excellente!!! Aromas of must, dark cherry, and tobacco. On the bud, dark stewed fruits and a bit of oakiness. Tannins are in control with a long finish. Great with pizza in Bologna! — 18 hours ago
