Wine is clear with pale yellow, on nose its citrus, honeysuckle, italian herbs like rosemary, thyme, its beautiful. On palate wine is full bodied, long, elegant structure, balanced acidity. Its not too complex but its delicious. Drink it now and enjoy it while you can! Cheers — 3 months ago
2020 vintage.
A field blend of Garganega, Trebbiano Toscana, Manzoni, Tocai Friulano , Cortese, Chardonnay, Riesling Italico, and Malvasia.
Custoza is in the hills of Lake Garda. Magro vineyard is small and 30 plus years old. White spring flowers, citrus and ginger on the nose. Medium bodied and off-dry with an underlying acidity. Yellow stone fruits with apple, pear and ripe persimmon.
This wine paired well with Spaghetti alla Vongole with local clams.
