Relatively new Domaine whom sold their grapes to Krug and Salon previously but the new generation decided to start botteling the grapes themselves. I bought a couple of cuvee's with this one being the base, after hearing good things from wine friends. Seriously impressed! delectable this is the L'Art du Temps Reserve Perpetuelle Extra Brut. 3 gr dosage — 24 days ago
2017 vintage. Last tasted 7.31.23. Decanted and tasted after 30 mins and 1.5 hours. Medium body. Consistent notes. Still ripping and gripping. Down to one bottle tho. Sad face. 12.2.23. — 6 months ago
In a great drinking window at the moment. The edges have been smoothed out but it’s still very fresh. Red fruit, dark cherries, with just a hint of tertiary aromas. Wish I had another bottle to revisit in 5 more years. — 6 years ago
