Agree w others it is quite cedar especially initially. Becomes more of a lingering aftertaste as it opens — 6 months ago
This green can, made from the newest/youngest rice of the season and dated with a manufacturing date of Nov '21 is delicious. It offers a subtle aroma and similar sweet entry as the gold can version but much better of the alcohol so it doesn't have a burning hot finish. Good with some steamed edamame as a pre dinner warm up. — a year ago

This has such a nice... what I'm going to call'rural acidity'.
An unpasteurized delight. I wish I could drink this more often

Not too sweet, and very nice with dark chocolate. — a month ago
So good, easy to drink, fruited — 3 months ago
wowwwww! unique wine in a very beautiful way. Dark chocolate cherries with a bit of saltiness and then bright acidity at the end. Tastes like if a perfect day was bottled. — a year ago

Always a treat. Such an incredible and unusual distillate. Currently being served in the Air Canada LHR lounge, I almost couldn’t believe my eyes. — 6 days ago
