Fruity. Low tannin. Easy to drink. Great without food. — 3 months ago
Out of magnum: Stunning and powerful. Poured it along side grand crus and precious other magnums. Every glass poured was met with dilated pupils. Prosciutto, unripe figs. A wine you can smell at distance. — 14 days ago
This wine is tinted medium dark. The nose is jammy and oaky, with plenty of blackberry, clove and currant notes. The palate brings no surprises. It is full of fruit and oak spice, but not as much as I found in the bouquet. The flavor of anise hides amongst the berries and staves. I bought it for cooking, but did enjoy the leftover sips. It was cheap, but serviceable. — 3 months ago

2022 vintage. Very consistent! We’ve now had the’19, ‘21, and ‘22. All were just as enjoyable as the next. — 3 months ago

Drank this a little too cold. Not sure where the vineyard is but really came across as a cool climate syrah. Well integrated and silky. — 8 months ago

so lovely. profound freshness. dark red fruit. black tea and damp earth on the finish. oak is perfectly integrated, 60% of which is new which i was informed is quite out of the ordinary for this producer—but you'd never guess from tasting. have always loved sonoma pinots and this is certainly no exception. — 8 days ago
