Unscrewed and poured; enjoyed over two days with consistent results. The 2022 pours a straw color with medium viscosity. On the nose, the wine is developing with notes of yellow flowers, Cuties™️, hot steel and rocky minerals. On the palate, the wine is dry with sneaky medium+ acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. There’s a somewhat waxy texture. The finish is long and savory. A charming Soave Classico. Drink now. — 4 hours ago
So pretty outstanding for the $22 I paid. Clocking in at Napa-level 15.5% ABV, you can nonetheless discern the soil and fig notes. Beefy, satisfying wine at great CBR. From Lower Falls WS. — 15 days ago
I bought and drank a fair amount of Allegrini Palazzo Della Torre back in the late 1990s, and always enjoyed them. First time in the past 20 years, this seems a little softer and polished, a little lower ABV (13.5 vs. 14+ in earlier vintages), this is vinified using conventional fermentation as well as some ripasso fermentation (think Amarone drying grapes on straw mats), and has some very nice complexity and length, very nice!! — a month ago
Medium lemon colour . Quite discreet on the nose with white peach , lemon rind and white flowers . On the palate much more intensity and grip , white peach , ground white pepper , blanched almonds , fresh green herbs . Good acidity and length , lovely texture , with a mineral finish . This seems quite young , intense and promising. Now and over the next 7-10 years. — 19 days ago

Solid “Baby Amarone!” Dark purple color. Aromas and flavors of ripe dark cherry, cranberry and strawberry fruit with additional notes of forest floor, baking spices and purple flowers. Smooth texture with a silky and juicy finish. Full bodied and rich. Thanks for sharing, Keith S! — 7 days ago
