Revisiting the ‘20 Old Vines after a year or two in the cellar. Dusky clear purple. Sweet cherries and earth on the nose. Smooth, rich, almost no tannin. A lovely creamy, dark finish like plum pie with ice cream. These Old Vine blends are some of the best values in the Turley line up if not all of CA Zinfandel. — 2 months ago
Pretty viscous for a Sauvignon blanc. Nice fruit. — 9 days ago
Violets and lots of fruit. 2021 — a month ago
Paired nicely with a tomahawk. Needs something unctuous and fatty to pair with it. — 3 months ago

I’m getting a bit of cork on this one but hoping it blows off. Needs more air but it’s going to be a classic Turley. It’s good with more air but that’s also making the corked aspect more prevalent. Bummer. Can look past it but it’s work. Somewhat annoying since I’ve been looking forward to this for a while. Hoping the other sings. — 9 days ago
