Dank, deep rose with classic Austrian red - blaufrankisch, st. Laurent, Zweigelt - notes. Plenty to mull over and also heavy enough for roasted/grilled meats. — 8 months ago
Oddly enough much better the next day. Slight chill. — a year ago
Very mineralic at first. Blueberry's, pepper and a very mouthwatering acidity. With some air the fruity es will grow stronger, remarkably strong but never like jam. Always light, funky and with a touch of pepper and a hint of leather. A Zweigelt to remember. — 2 months ago
Surprisingly effervescent! Funky on the nose with notes of overripe raspberries and whey-fermented currant. — 3 months ago
Tasted orange/orange rind, a bit of red pepper, but also smooth on the finish! Had at Noma. — 2 months ago
Tastes like the one picking the grapes was in love. — 9 months ago
Smooth, cherry, a bit of earth. Nice finish and complexity for a drinkable wine — a year ago
carmen
austrian pinot noir?
it smells sweet. it tastes tannic, sour, slightly funky. it has notes of black cherry, raspberry, vanilla and oak. this is an easy chillable red to drink.
i paired with pad thai. the juicy tannic flavors cut through the rich nuttiness of the pad thai. — 2 months ago
