2012 vintage. Tiniest bubbles I’ve ever seen with a Champagne. Citrus and guava/kiwi flavors dialed in with well-balanced acidity and slight hints of brioche. Super youthful and needs (at least) another half-decade before knocking on the door and disturbing. Great body/weight tho…could drink all night. 32 years and going strong. Chanterelle and porcini with earth notes and crushed cherries and baked plum. Palate of dried blackberries and alluvial strolls, black currant and smoke. Cedar-cinnamon-tobacco triumvirate. Gloriously strong and hearty.
