This thing is gorgeous, a little known gem that could compete with Jura at 2-3x the price. Nosebleeds with ample dried apricot, almonds, orzata/almond milk, some ginger, some baking spice. However, the oxidative notes are wonderfully balanced by a punchy salinity that keeps the whole thing alive. At 10C it hits a peak of expressiveness and drinkability. Closer to 15 and the 15.5% alcohol starts saying hello
