Light, crisp citrus aromas. Very dry, crisp and refreshing on the palate, Pet-nat meets prosecco. Dry flavors of citrus and stone lead to deep minerality and light bubbles. Very cool, different kind of wine coming out of Italy. Slightly funky, slightly weird but utterly cool different kind of bubbles!
