This 4 year old Riesling from Israel is drinking very nicely now. Showing citrus, diesel, red apples, light vegetables, peaches, light tropical fruits, lemons, minerals and spices.

Medium plus in body with medium plus acidity.

Dry to off-dry on the palate, and crisp when properly chilled.

Tangy finish with limes and almonds.

Showing nice complexity with a soft mouth feel. Good by itself or with food.

This Single Vineyard from the galilee will age nicely in the next 5 years.

Would pair nicely with spicy Asian food. I paired it with a baked feta cheese pasta with cherry tomatoes and basil. Deliciously prepared by my daughter.

Grapes are grown at 2,500 feet of elevation. Aged in stainless steel vats. Kosher.

12% alcohol by volume.

89 points.

This Single Vineyard is good by itself or with food. Fruity on the nose and earthier on the palate. Nice and interesting. A good quality wine. Crisp and refreshing.

This is one to put in the cellar for a while. Has the potential to age nicely in the next 5 years and get more complex.

This is my first dry Riesling from this region. I've had off-dry and semi-sweet ones before, and this is a nice surprise.

I drank it in a beautiful Le Deux glass, light and airy, tall and skinny.
