Apr 27th, 2024100% Carricante. Shocked to find this at Costco. Underripe yellow apple, lemon zest, lemon curd, defined by the minerality, smoky,salinity and decent acidity. Not as steely as Muscadet and Chablis but pairs well with lighter seafood dishes that pair with those two wine regions.

Sunday evening casual pour. No real notes. Flinty and lemony on the nose. Fresh, acid driven with almond and lemony notes all along. Fresh and minerally finish that goes on for a while. It's simple and fresh and everything I want to drink right now.
