I asked a girl out on Facebook s couple of days ago. Great smile, sea green eyes, and this mess of brunette curls for hair that you just want to sink your fingers into. It took a couple of days, but she finally messaged me back and all is good with the world. This wine is like that, it opened slightly jammy with some tart/bitter unripened fruit and left you hanging that it would disappoint. However after it opened up you find more fruit beyond the jam and a new complexity you didn't expect. I'll keep you updated on the girl.

Smooth and light. Love wines from Languedoc region of France and this is no exception.
