Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc

i really like!
tropical notes - lemon, pineapple
light, easy to drink - first sip was almost water like, veryyyy light in color
refreshing, dry, limited acidity

Classic NZ label. Smells funky. Lawn just cut or a piece of fresh grass in the teeth. And lemon citrus peels. Flavors are complex and very audacious. Bombastic even. Plenty of citrus, but something else as well. Shells? Like the calcium carbonate in those. Also big gooseberries. This is a good example of how NZ Sauv Blanc differs from the other styles out there. This wine packs a punch.

Very fruit forward. Citrus on the nose. Pale yellow in color. Slightly acidic with tropical fruit notes like pineapple.

very light, a lot of fruity notes- grapefruit, not acidic, probably my perfect white wine. Secondary fruit notes of pineapple and citrus. I really like how light and non acidic it is. It is sweet without being too sweet and the fruit notes really shine through.

Very fruity aromas, conveyed well in the flavor notes. Reminds me of lemon and grapefruit. Decently dry, but light. I enjoyed it!

Fruit forward, very bright fruit notes, grapefruit, almost pineapple-y, stainless steel making really brings out the fruit tones

Bright and fruity flavors! Light, pale yellow color, not very dry! I’m getting peachy flavors!
