The 2021 Chardonnay (Sta. Rita Hills) is terrific. Citrus confit, white flowers, almond, chamomile and dried herbs all run through this super-expressive Chardonnay. 2021. I hadn’t tried any Sandhi wines yet and had settled on having a Pinot Noir at The Oven with dinner, but when we stopped into bin105 for a glass and saw this bottle in the cooler… crisp, floral, nutty, and a little reduction on the nose.
