Very Burgundian, with light cherry and strawberry & cream on the nose. Plus a touch of undergrowth / mushroom soup.
Very fine on the palate with impeccable balance and very fine, polished tannins. This comes across as quite dense yet very light at the same time. Nice precision & depth + a good, long finish.
Blind I would name this as a red Chassagne. Lovely, and a touch better vs the 2016.
