Impressive, fruit forward, well balanced, soft tannins with the vanilla finish I love — 7 months ago

2020 vintage, Nose: strawberry, red rope licorice, plum, dark cherry (things I LOVE). Taste: low acid, some tannins but not overly drying, fruity yet not over the top because the tannins and 14.5 % alcohol keep it in check, along with hints of leather and spice. I paid $32 but it drinks like a $60 bottle, especially if compared to Bordeaux with the same grapes. Good value. — 2 years ago
Pretty good for an inexpensive Rhône blend. Wood, spice, berry, a bit of tannin. — 2 months ago
2018 vintage, dark cherry fruit forward but balanced with a vegetal quality of green pepper and nice tannins. $56 at Mahan’s — 9 months ago
Lovely Bordeaux- just what you want with an under $40 Bordeaux, $37 at Marketview — 2 years ago
