Earthy, balsamic, dried sour cherries, oregano, medium acid and medium plus tannins. Short finish — a year ago
Deep gold in color due to oxidation. Faint notes of tropical fruits, grass and celery. On the palate, the acid is medium and there is a slight oily quality. It is a little tough by itself but pairs perfectly with Comte cheese from the Jura. — a year ago

Took a little while to open up. Quite funky at first and made me think stem inclusion. Lots of smoke, toast and only faint red fruits. Nice acidity. Better with food. — a year ago
