One of the best champagnes I believe I've ever had. Very well balanced, super dry, wonderfully complex. 80% Pinot Noir, 20% Chardonnay. Stellar, will pick up another bottle for Christmas. — 5 months ago
$44 Grand Cru. Smells super rich and yeasty. Lemony gold color, small bubbles. Peach hits my nose first, then maybe apricot and then croissant. More fruit leading than I expected but an interesting weighty taste. Yum. — 7 months ago
Feuillate Extra Brut organic. Scooped this up at the Feuillate winery while in France back in September, and waited 6 months to drink it because, reasons.
Medium gold, all pinot noir. Notes of muddled peach and pound cake. Bready and complex and an utter delight.

50% Pinot Meunier, 35% Chardonnay, and 15% Pinot Noir. Pale yellow in color, heady apricot scent with a touch of honey. Crisp with good minerality, not terribly complex, but I Guess I'd expect that given the low percentage of Pinot Noir. — 6 months ago
2016 Black Label Brut. Delightfully classic gold color, lots of small bubbles. I smell brioche, butter cookie, apricot, and lemon. Very dry and crisp taste, a hint of lemon but otherwise clean. — 8 months ago
A big, fat, heavy, tannic Cabernet Sauvignon wearing boxing gloves and sporting a championship belt. Incredibly full but well balanced; vanilla, lighter spice, and maybe tobacco... even leaving a hint of sweeter cherry at the end. Happy spring! — 2 months ago
80% Pinot Meunier, 20% Pinot Noir. Deep gold in color. Noses reminiscent of red berry, brioche, and perhaps apricot? Full and round, and much better than I thought I was in for with a mostly Pinot Meunier blend! — 6 months ago
Gervais Gobillard NV Champagne. 34% Pinot Noir, 33% Chardonnay, and 33% Pinot Meunier. Aged at least two years per the bottle. Wonderful, frothy mousse and small delicate bubbles. Pure gold color. Smells like apricot, toast, and florals. Subtle and balanced, but young, which I guess is the Meunier coming through. Good with fresh fruit. — 6 months ago

Medium gold color, lots of small bubbles. A Brut Champagne from Epernay, France. Peach, buttered toast, and apricot nose. Rich and full. The bottle doesn't specify the blend but I bet heavy (70+%) on the Pinot Noir. Delicious! — 20 days ago
