Drinking beautifully… dark cherry, light spice, fruit forward with tannins dissipating after 15 minutes in the decanter. This remains a marvelous Chianti in the traditional style as Laura Bianchi continues the legacy of this great family of vintners. — 6 months ago
This Sonoma cabernet is delicious and ready to drink at its peak. Ripe cherry and black currants on the palate and very soft and dissipating tannins. I was totally surprised just how delightful this 2012 has evolved. — a year ago
Full bodied, dense, deep ruby Bordeaux. On the nose: dark mulberry fruit, cedar, & a touch of eucalyptus/camphor. On the palate: dark fruit, cedar and light tannins. After 40 minutes decanted the tannins recede and the soft fruit is delicious. This wine is fully mature and a terrific offering from Medoc. If you have it or can get it, drink now and enjoy! — a month ago
Fruit forward… black cherry, cedar, and soft tannins.
Mature and ready to drink.
Enjoyed with sous vide lamb chops finished on the grill, roasted eggplant brushed with olive oil & fresh tomato & basil salad.

Wow! Black currants, dark cherry, a bit of old leather and a touch of light oak. This is classic layered Latour/Bordeaux at its peak with soft tannins and a long finish. A beautiful bottle of wine… and the good news for me is that I have more! — a year ago
Wow! Soft, structured and delicious. — 2 months ago

A perfect Bordeaux… ready to drink now. — 8 months ago
This well priced wine is a great value and punches way about its weight! Blackberry evolving to more cherry on the palate, this medium weight Bordeaux is an exceptional value and an overlooked Medic. It is the perfect complement to the pan seared pork chops we had to accompany it & has plenty of structure to last in your cellar for another 5 years. — a year ago

Deep garnet, full bodied offering with currant & plummy fruit on the nose. Decanted for 40 minutes revealing riper fruit forward with currants and dissipating tannins on the palate. This is a well structured wine that is still young and full but will be even better in 3-5 years. Loved it! — a month ago
