Apple blossom, red apple skin, underripe blackberry, stone fruit, orange pith, flint, and chalk. Loads of acid and all around structure. Undergoes malolactic and ages in neutral oak.
Has all the right stuff for further cellaring.

On the palate flavors of black cherry, plum and strawberry with pepper, tea, herbs, licorice and oak, soft tannins on well balanced structure.
