Dry-ish reisling with a mild to medium sweet taste — 3 years ago
Killer nose. Smells like German Meursault. Some lemon drop, some richness and outstanding salinity. Expansive and precise. Palate is so good. A perfect balance of richness allied with pointed minerality and that stunning 21 acid. Round yet so intense. Superb concentration and airiness along with amazing precision. Really easy drinking but also has complexity there so best of both worlds. Now with air we’ve got gorgeous citrus oil on the nose and the palate is so juicy and playful — 25 days ago
Smells and tastes like a standard German Riesling... tree fruits and citrus and a little petrol, with an off dry balance of sweet and dry to make me and Bob happen. — 6 months ago

Nose: so dense. Almost like rehydrated dried lemons. Rich Wow. White flowers. Intoxicating.
Palate : amazing. Hammer of god. Dense. Integrated richness. Tingly minerals. Bright acidity. So fresh. Sweet lemon.

This was unbelievable! Slight petrol, great weight in the mouth. When cold, the pop of acid is subtle. When it warms pink grapefruit rind, lime oil, a ton of texture, beautiful weight in something that seems like it should be ethereal the finish seams all this together into a chiseled acid finish. — 3 years ago

Daaaaaaaaaamn. Great out of the gate.
Nose: precise early season cherries. Some pink rose petals. Gorgeous.
Palate: perfect balance. Perfect early season cherry juice. Some minerals. Delicious but in a perfect way not a big fruity way. Wow. Perfect acidic balance - jumps on the palate.
This is at a weird point now. Best within 5 minutes of being poured into the glass. Or an hour decant.
Long, Audrey Hepburn sexy finish. Long. So elegantly delicious.
Very Burgundian
