This is the ‘17 JH Wheeler Beckstoffer Missouri Hopper Vineyard. First bottle of this wine. Blown away. Nose is of blackberry pie. Loads of black and blue fruit, ripe me juicy, supple soft tannins that give a superb mouthfeel. Rich creamy feel. Nice long finish of crème de cassis. Fantastic! Especially for a ‘17.
