Very clean. Lacks character and does not have interesting texture one often find i Vermentino. — 2 days ago
This Castillion Chateau was acquired by the late Denis Durantou of L'Eglise Clinet roughly 15 years ago. Just as promised it delivers excellent value. Damp earth, currants, plums, black truffle and some green notes. Very solid. Would buy again. 2019 is the last vintage Monsieur Darantou harvested. — 5 days ago
This is one of Germanys most famous vineyards and Von Winning has made a very vibrant, concentrated and age worthy wine from it. Bursting with lime, rocks, smoke and yellow fruits. Great texture. — 23 days ago
This is another DOCG that dilutes this quality tier of Italian wine. Nothing wrong, well made everyday red, but does it have anything in terms of pedigree or typicity? Nope. — 2 days ago
A fairly large producer by Greek standards. This appellational Naoussa wine is light, earthy with cranberries, rose hip, plums tar and some cured meats. Not quite as aromatic as other Xinomavro examples out there. Good value. — 23 days ago
Orma is sandwiched between Sassicaia and Ornellaia. This not their second wine that is a Merlot dominant Bordeaux blend. Medium bodied with nice complexity. Plums, orange peel, fine wood, clay, black tea, clove, coffee beans. — a day ago
Very distinct sauvignon with gooseberries, leafs, lime etc. Intense and flavourful. — 4 days ago
Another great wine from this great, great producer. Aromatic with California ripeness yet fresh and lively. Raspberry, dark chocolate, dark cherry, herbs and spices. Great quality of fruit. Long finish. — 20 days ago
