A delicious Sauv Blanc! Recommended by a friend - we will buy it again! Flavors of citrus, green melon and mineral. — 7 months ago
@Delectable Wine this is the Mont de Milieu bottling. Structured, air was kind. Chalky and flinty with gooseberry and underripe melon. Saline. This wants more time. — 9 months ago
I’ve been drinking this slowly over a week and a half. At this point it tastes like a fortified or mulled wine. It’s deep, inky like ox blood, burnt copper color around the rim. The smell is mulled red fruit, raspberry, strawberry, dry earth, purple flowers, sweet lavender. Very delicate tannins remain with an acidity that tickles the edges of the tongue and fades quickly. What you’re left with is something that resembles a young fortified wine with beautiful red fruit, earth, a floral element that lingers, and a slight hint of mushroom. It’s quite lovely and unexpected. — 6 days ago
maybe it’s my mood tonight but this wine was stellar. has fleshed out since my last bottle and simply has everything. body, lemony acidity, some chalk, but all in harmony. best white wine in a while and I’ve had some stunners recently. — 9 months ago
Fans of Meursault will enjoy this muscular Bourgogne Blanc from Patrick Javillier, from vines mostly within the appellation. A confident, stylish expression of the category, with abundant aromas of ripe tropical fruit, lemon and burnt butter, and a killer palate that could pass for something far pricier. Happy that I have another couple of bottles of this in the cellar, though this is in near-perfect drinking condition now. — 10 days ago

Slightly rounder and less acidic than some past vintages though unmistakably Chardonnay in its neutrality, as absurd as that sounds. Went great with tuna nicoise. — 8 days ago
