Notably rounder bodied, without the striking acidity of some other etnas. Drank next to the Massican Annia and latter won a slight preference. — 4 months ago

This a Somm geek wine and definitely a food wine.
A bit of funk in the nose. Like old gym bag.
Lemon, lime, pineapple, white peach, apricots, saline/sea spray, sea fossils, green notes, volcanic minerals, limestone, vanillin, notes of frothy cream, spring flowers, fresh white & yellow florals, elegance & polished for days, balanced finish that lasts two-minutes.
Excellent with a vinaigrette salad with walnuts.
The entry starts like Gurner Veltliner and falls on sea fossil burgundy. — 7 days ago
