I Pentri

Flora Beneventano Falanghina 2021

So consistently good. Pineapple, baked apricot and golden raisin. Medium to full with stern acidity. I’ve found this wine is best at 3-5 years with a decant. So unique and original. Love the packaging. — 6 months ago

Antica (Antinori)

Townsend Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon 2013

Nice Cabernet Sauvignon. Powerful wine that must be consumed with steak or strong cheese. Quite good with filet mignon or strong American cheddar. No need to wait: ready to drink right out of the bottle. Well-made but unremarkable and expensive at $64 for what it is. — 6 months ago

Château Cos d'Estournel

Les Pagodes de Cos Saint-Estéphe Red Bordeaux Blend 2016

Nice bottle of second wine from Cos d’Estornel from a great vintage - 2016. Tight and super cherry at the open but a quick decant for 15 minutes and you began to get the cedar and more fruits. — 6 months ago

Pierre Ferrand

1840 Original Formula Cognac

Super citrus welcome-part palate which you need to ease you into the citrus rich and slight wheat flour, flower-flower, and subtlety vanilla/Demerara palate. Delish on its own and exemplified in a Sazerac. — 6 months ago

Austin Hope

Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon 2020

Drank with SG friend for a hairy crab meal. very blackcurrant and taste abit like sweet port and bitter sweet. after some air the aroma got better with blue fruit, floral and mineral. overall drank too young but the overall impression is dark bold port sweet like character with a classic blue fruit napa nose. i like it — 6 months ago

Enderle & Moll

Liaison Pinot Noir 2018

Way to young. Needs at least 3 more years. Everything is there the herbs the fruit - on the edge volatile acid - Dark cherry, Raspberries Mexican limes, crushed marble. Down the road this will be brilliant. Now a little bit of an expert only wine - sorry I do not want to sound arrogant. — 2 years ago
