Dark purplish.
Arresting espresso aromas in cinnamon cloud.
Lively acidity tingling an all exciting palate of ham & sour forest berries notes, with fresh spicy tannins integated in med+ body.
Playful bitter liquorice flavor on long finish.

Garnet rubyish.
Impressions of dusted old barnyard with melt wild black berries on warm nose.
Full body, sour tannins, med acidity.
Black cherry, bitter liquorice, mint, dust, black pepper on easy palate turned sour green in hot spicy aftertaste of med+ finish. Tannic green.

Joyful cinnamon & sweet tobacco notes lifted by delicious acidity in long intense finish

Clear, vivid golden dress.
Inviting aromas of mango, cantaloup, pineapple & green apple.
Big fat body, shy acidity boosted by bold minerality.
Waxy & oily palate, pinchy sour pastry cream, chestnut honey, mastic notes invaded by baked vanilla & bitter caramel on long finish of medium intensity. Elegance.
