Great! Not oaky , more peachy fruity — 7 days ago
This is a tasty oaky Chardonnay from Carneros.
Full bodied and bold with medium acidity.
Dry on the palate with oak, vanilla, spices, yellow apples, herbs and black pepper.
Will continue to age nicely in the next 5 years.
Good right out of the bottle and better after 30 minutes of airtime.
14.5% alcohol by volume.
90 points.

Intense nose. Oaky notes. Minerals, salt — 6 days ago
The nose is exactly what I expect from a kiwi Pinot Noir : black forest fruits, cherry, pomegranate, hay, earth and an oaky touch lurking in the rear. The palate is acid driven but doesn't lack structure and shows some matter : a stellar black forest fruits note shines all through it, there is some width in midpalate with a bit of grip and a vivid mouthfeel gives way to some edgy, lively tannins before a long and fresh finish with fruits and some of these oaky notes which are consistent with the nose. This is not a bad at all but could benefit from a couple of years of aging. — 12 hours ago
Second bottle of 6…better than last, but….? Nutty, oaky notes deliver a pretty disjointed wine… very acidic( to a fault?). Not a great deal of sweetness or identifiable fruit notes. Tart, thin, racy, overly bubbly. Maybe a couple more years? Regrettably, I don’t hold out much hope. — a day ago
