The '98 has lost some of its fruit oomph, but not to the detriment of the experience, still enough there, along with the green/stalk /mint....elegant, magnificent.....mmmm — 10 years ago
I think I confused the app by including the two labels - the 2012 Farrside by Farr. Some earth and funk, but a subtle floral perfume too, interesting, and reasonably long, noice ;) — 10 years ago
Rich, dark, brambly fruit, some chocolate depth, some subtle spicy nuance....and long, and smooth, oh the smoothitity;).....delicious (delectable)

That rich spicey, sweet, funky (but not really, just can't think of the word, is it marzipan, I'm not sure ;) ), and it's long, the nose, it's the real joy here. It pretty much translates through to the palate, grungy, dusty tannins to finish. V noice, super match for the rare rye fillet 😉 — 10 years ago
Only, deep, brooding dark fruits, subtle hints of earth, big but smooth, will provide enjoyment for many years- enjoyed with a rare porterhouse at Duchess in Melbs — 10 years ago
Super savoury, dusty, earthy, some leather notes, some tar, fading licorice, whimsical stalk.....please sir, can I have some more? — 10 years ago
Early to be drinking the 2008 but still v worthwhile. Sharp dark berries and some astringent brambles that should add maaaagnificent complexity over the years. Some subtle mint too. Noice oak fruit integration, super in 10+. — 10 years ago
