Beautiful aromatics of baked apple, pear, graham cracker, and honey without any of the sweetness. Contrasting flavor profile on the palate buried under lively acidity and high mineral tones. Drinks well now but has short term age-ability with possible improvements in 3 to 5 years. — 8 years ago
