Chewy. Awesome single vineyard zin from Sonoma. Fruit and Wood very well integrated. — 9 years ago
Anything but delicate zinfandel from Sonoma. Zesty, spicy-rich, yet black fruit dominant. Some smoke, hint of toasted notes. Might want to give it 30 minutes before pouring. — 9 years ago
Lots of red fruit and spices. Lovely, almost translucid ruby red juice. Chewy on the mouth, but with a dry, biting finish. Soft tannins. Much more smooth on day 2, so decant at least for an hour. Solid but not impressive. Excelent QPR — 9 years ago
Delicious, textbook #Brunello: full bodied, smooth tannins and a long finish on the palate. Dried red fruit (cherries, raspberries), spicy plum jam, smokey mineral. Best after 1-Hour decant — 9 years ago
— 9 years ago
Apparently simple, full bodied, dry, well constructed aussie cab. Heafty dose of blackfruit and currant with spices, tobacco overtones. Nice tannins and alcohol hotness suggest it could hold for a couple of more years.. Excellent QPR — 9 years ago
Think Mocha: Tobacco. Coffee. Licorice. Very interesting Duero. Decantation is a must. Give it 1+ hour. — 9 years ago
Past peak. Still, very fruit forward. Delicious — 9 years ago
Mandatory cola, ripe cherry and a hint if caramel. Great PQR — 9 years ago
Juan Carlos Russo
This is a well built, tasty and charming Pinot. While black cherry, plum and raspberry are found upfront, some earthy notes round off it's experience. Pretty, translucent ruby red with long, fast legs. Should age gracefully for a couole of years — 9 years ago
