2015 vintage...even after having just broccoli, I found it outstanding. Very complex and heavy on the finish with a leathery finish. Really good with steak and potatoes. — 7 years ago
This wine, which I had with roast Turkey, mashed potatoes and savory stuffing, was many things: musty, raisin-y, and lots of berry flavors forward. It changed so many times and each change was very good...one of the things I love about old world wines. — 8 years ago
We had this in Sicily in '10 or so and it was excellent. More recent vintages not quite as good, but still among my favorites. 2013 very raisin forward. Fruity finish. — 8 years ago
