Th first time I tasted Barlow I fell in love with it. That was maybe a year ago - not even sure if this is the same vintage.

Deep red fruit, menthol, raspberry jam,
Big tanins, medium length finish,
strawberries come in late, almost as an afterthought.

Initial smell is coffee and mint.

Some notes of oiled leather, black pepper,

Soft Tanin, nice acidic quality. Black coffee on the finish.
