Totally unexpected. Dry and savory, but fresh and lively. Has familiar aroma to Sangiovese but the body of a high quality rose. It has a chameleon character, vacillating between dry northern Italian red and southern French rose. Worth the try. — 6 years ago
Unique Nebbiolo flavor with slightly lighter color density. Still presents with classic tar and dried herb aromas, but with more pronounced ripe red fruits compared to its local Nebbiolo cousins. Tannins are still firm but more velvety with good acid structure. Alcohol is noticeably lighter for the varietal making it perhaps too easy to drink! — 6 years ago

One of the best I’ve found in the states. Medium plus golden color with slightly green hue. Strong wet river rock minerality with white peach, tropical fruits, and green to yellow apple and pear. Fleeting notes of strong floral, mostly delicate white flowers. There are hints of mint, fresh cut lemongrass, and sea spray. It has a fleshy and acidic body leaving no doubt the grapes absorbed lots of sunshine. — 6 years ago
Round white wine with good acidity. Orchard fruit, vanilla, and creme brûlée nose showing malo and hinting at oak usage. Good expression of non-famous white burgundy. — 6 years ago

Velvety notes of crushed dill and raw coconut, with aromas of dry raspberry, crushed red cranberry, and wild strawberry. The fruit takes over the herbal, cedar, and inorganic notes like tobacco as the wine opens. Firm tannin with balanced acid. Just spectacular — 6 years ago
Delicious high class white burgundy. Well integrated new oak flavors of cedar, vanilla, toast, and brioche balanced by slightly underripe yellow and red apple with Anjou pear. — 6 years ago
Closed on a new house, and this had to be the first bottle. Really strong tertiary flavors and maybe a hint of Brett. But primarily wet overturned soil, crunchy leaves, and forest floor. Palate shows really fleshy and ripe dark toned fruits like black currant, blackberry and a whisper of black raspberry. It’s still got strong acid backbone with fading tannins. Breathtaking rim variation showing a full spectrum of dark ruby at the core fading to almost pink at the meniscus. Was afraid it could be past it’s peak but still showing very well. — 6 years ago
