My fondness for Silla Sebaste grows with each glass. This is my first Bussia from this producer and it’s approachable on opening and opens up even more over several hours. Pronounced floral and cherry nose. Mouth watering cherry and other dark fruits, spices, and add a little smoke and leather from front to mid palate. The moderate lingering tannins start to take over late palate and dry the mouth through the finish. Wonderful experience with a lot going on. — 4 years ago

First - I love the artwork
On opening - lovely aroma of dark fruit tobacco undergrowth.
When lasted 3.5 years ago it took a day to open. Now the huge tannins blew off in about 2 hours. - then hit the sweet spot - lovely aroma including earthiness - cherry and other dark fruit on the palate with mouthwatering acidity. Nice balance of mossy earthiness, mineral, truffle and other elegant mature flavors that are meant to be savored. The tannins are still present but build to a long finish and now enhance regather than distract from the experience. — 3 months ago
