This wine is fascinating! This is dry white Palomino that would normally be used to make Sherry. Lacking any primary fruit, I would guess sake if smelling blind. Some slight elegant aroma of wood/spice. This might be the best ringer at a master Somm tasting ever. Absolutely unique. — 9 years ago
