Just back from Consigliano Valdobiadone region of Italy. We did a 3 vineyard wine tour. This was the best Prosecco I have ever tasted. What we learned is that you have to Look for D. O. C. G. On the label and the seal over the cork. Thls region produces the best Prosecco. I’m now on a mission to find the best I can get in CT. — 3 years ago
