Deep purple in color; blackberries, black plums, and graphite on the nose; high acidity; medium tannins; tastes like red plums, sage, and clay pots with a long finish. Bri and I liked it. — 3 months ago
Gotta agree with my previous notes. Great wine. Drinking really well right now. — 6 months ago

Popped and poured; enjoyed over the course of two hours. The C+C BdB Extra Brut pours a straw color with a persistent mousse. On the nose, the wine is developing with gorgeous notes of white peach, green apple, lemon bar, brioche, marzipan, and chalky minerals. On the palate, the wine is bone dry with high acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is long and the texture is super creamy. This is an outstanding NV champagne based on the 2019 vintage. Just over 7000 bottles produced. Drink now through 2034. Disgorged in July of 2020. — 25 days ago
First time? It’s a well made wine but not gonna last. One more to go — 24 days ago
blackberry, kalamata, assuaged tannins, in retrospect would’ve decanted a few hours ahead. — 3 months ago
Deep, Rich, and elegant. The wine actually feels more viscous than normal, and it’s just heavily perfumed and flavored and thick in your mouth. It absolutely feels like chewing on a handful of fresh blue and red fruit mixed together. Perfume of violet and Queen Anne roses, as it faded over time it actually became a much more elegant and approachable wine. Absolutely delicious. — 5 months ago

Dark ruby color with purple highlights. Aromas of black and blue fruit, violets, roasted meat, spices, wet stones and tobacco. Flavors of blackberry, blueberry, black raspberry, roasted herbs, black pepper and black olives. Long and savory finish. Complex and very “Northern Rhône-like.” Full bodied, lively and just the right amount of tannin. Excellent! — a day ago
