Excellent! Complexity and lift melded together — 2 months ago
Dark ruby color with purple highlights. Aromas of black and blue fruit, violets, roasted meat, spices, wet stones and tobacco. Flavors of blackberry, blueberry, black raspberry, roasted herbs, black pepper and black olives. Long and savory finish. Complex and very “Northern Rhône-like.” Full bodied, lively and just the right amount of tannin. Excellent! — 3 months ago
2018 vintage, semi structured and good fruit. Short finish but enjoyable — a month ago

Popped and poured; enjoyed over the course of two hours. The C+C BdB Extra Brut pours a straw color with a persistent mousse. On the nose, the wine is developing with gorgeous notes of white peach, green apple, lemon bar, brioche, marzipan, and chalky minerals. On the palate, the wine is bone dry with high acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is long and the texture is super creamy. This is an outstanding NV champagne based on the 2019 vintage. Just over 7000 bottles produced. Drink now through 2034. Disgorged in July of 2020. — 4 months ago
New one for me, good combination of earthiness, roundness and bite. — 2 months ago
A mammoth, chiseled beast of a wine that really needs extensive decanting and/or aging. Despite a modest decant, imagine am tasting a tease of its true potential. — 3 months ago

Good QPR. Love this style of riesling but it needs more time. Will improve — 6 days ago
