Barolo’s are new territory for us. It was a medium bodied wine with tannins that were not over powering. Easy on the palate and a smooth finish. — 2 months ago
Schneider’s recommendation. Drank with L’Ardente dinner. Great, lighter bodied. — 7 months ago
Perhaps the best Barbera I’ve tastes. Bright sweet floral on opening. Very nice on opening - amazing day 2. Big, complex, packed with layers of silky smooth flavors. Cheries, cinnamon, cocoa, fig, citrus, leather and soft clove on the finish. — 7 hours ago
Really a lovely barbaresco especially with some air and a slight chill. In a prime window - some of the strong primary notes have faded somewhat, but there is still a ton of freshness, acid, and tannin here to keep things alive. Lots of complex red fruit aromas. One of those wines you could just keep smelling. Palate delivers the same way. Really nice. — a month ago
Bright, effervescent red. Starts off kind of tasting like wet socks and then smooths and rounds out to dried apricot, green apple, and cinnamon, with a tart finish. Definitely something to worth chillingl! — 6 months ago

This is a delicious Barolo from the great Cannubi Vineyard. Well balanced with nice complexity and a soft mouthfeel.
This 12 year old is great right out of the bottle. Soft and smooth. Elegant and fruity.
Didn't need too long to open up. It was shining after 45 minutes in the decanter. Loved the nose here. Delicious stuff.

Ruby in color with light intensity and a wide reddish rim.
Fruity nose of red currants, cherries, earth, black coffee, chocolates, chalk and light oak.
Medium bodied with medium acidity.
Dry on the palate with red fruits, earth, light wood, spices, coffee, dark chocolates, vegetables, herbs and black tea.
Medium finish with round tannins and tangy raspberries.
This is a very tasty Barbaresco. Easy drinking and elegant, but not as smooth as I expected it to be.
This 5 year old feels like it needs more time in the bottle to mature properly. Will continue to age nicely in the next 10 to 15 years. Would be nice to revisit it in 5 years.
This Single Vineyard Nebbiolo is complex and interesting. Good by itself and better with food.
100% Nebbiolo grapes were aged for 2 years in large oak barrels. A small production of only 3,500 bottles.
14% alcohol by volume.

Poured into a decanter about 30 minutes prior to service and enjoyed over the course of a few hours. The 2019 San Valentino pours a deep ruby/purple color with a near opaque core; medium+ viscosity with moderate staining of the tears and a decent amount of sediment. On the nose, the wine is developing with sensational notes of Bing cherry, plum, licorice, Palo Santo, varnish, balsamico, exotic spices, and a mix of dried under brush and earth. On the palate, the wine is dry with medium+ tannin and medium+ acid. Confirming the notes from the nose . The finish is long and there is no shortage of excitement. A wine that simultaneously makes you think and fills you with joy. Drink now through 2034. — 9 days ago
