This wine was purchased for cooking, and as the saying goes, sometimes I even get it in the food. Well, it is quite dry, although a tad oaky. I was in the mood for it, so it didn't bother me at all. Drink’s surprising smooth on the palate, with subtle flavors of berries, chocolate and spice…with a linger or spice at the end.
