Green Cap. Exudes class. Nose gets confectionary after a while. Crazy confectionery. So aromatic and complex. Palate is like an orb with no edges due the kisses of sugar. So refined and finesse driven. Pillow like texture. A marvel but needs maybe 15+ years really if I am being honest. — a year ago
Smooth, very light, and subtle tastes of pear and apple! My home wouldn’t come up in the app but the cemetery is close by! — 4 years ago

Nice Chardonnay. Not too much of anything. — 3 years ago
A surprisingly good late harvest Chenin Blanc from South Africa. Impressive. Apricot, toffee, honey. Beautiful balance. Not unctuous. Rich texture and depth set off by just the right acidity. Nice stuff. — 4 years ago

Very smoky when we first opened but the tannins really mellowed on the second day. Lots of body. — 2 months ago
