Damn good for the money. — 8 years ago
Unang is its own micro appellation (region). Very unique and different. Strong and complex. Bought a bottle to lay down for a few years, expect it will be fantastic! — 7 years ago
Sophisticated nose with flowers and underlying earthy notes. Some hard candy and dusty notes. Smooth on the palate, not heavy. Classy wine. — 8 years ago
Raspberries, blackberries, and cherries in the fruit, with black pepper and allspice. This has medium acidity and medium plus tannins, but no distinct minerality (maybe just a little earth) or additional complexity. Still I liked it because it has exactly the elements I expect in a Rhone wine. — 8 years ago
