Opened up to notes of tobacco and cherry. Nice finish. Paired with srrip steaks — 9 months ago
Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot 50/50 — 11 days ago
Château covers 170 acres separated from Château Lafite, along the southern edge, by a stream. Blend of 58% Cabernet Sauvignon, 34% Merlot, 4% Cabernet Franc and 4% Petit Verdot. Deep Ruby color with aromas of ripe berry fruits and earthy spice notes. On the palate flavors of blueberry and blackberry with licorice, tobacco and toasty oak notes. Long rich finish on soft juicy tannins, drinking well and still has room to age. Very Nice second label! — 8 months ago

Dry left bank Bordeaux style blend from Chile. Dry, and tannic. Not very green at all. One of my faves — 3 years ago

Classic. Just classic on the color and nose. On the palate it has finer tannins, lifted acidity, and a long, polished finish that lingers on cassis and earth. One of the oldest Lafite’s I’ve tasted and feels like in last another couple of decades. Easy. — 24 days ago
