Still maintaining bright lemon peel but beginning to taste like candied lemon & grilled pineapple from the age. Oak is beautifully balanced bringing vanilla and roasted cashews and almonds. A thought provoking marriage of oak and acidity. Still has some life in it to age but I can’t imagine it being much better than it is now — 5 months ago
